Description:

This test chamber adopts manual simulation of dust environment to inspect the dust-proof ability of the tested products. The specific requirements and qualification criteria shall be in accordance with GB4208-93 (IEC60529-2001) or relevant product standards.

This test box is mainly used to evaluate whether the shell and sealing element can guarantee the good working performance of equipment and components during the sand and dust prevention test of electronic and electrical products.

The dustproof test chamber is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB4208-93 (equivalent to IEC60529-2001) Degrees of Protection Provided by Enclosures (IP Code). It is applicable to the sand and dust test of electrical products with the first characteristic digits of 5 and 6 (IPX5 and IPX6).

Note: This test chamber can meet the requirements of GB2423, GB4706, GB4208 and DIN for the protection grade test of the housing of household appliances, low-voltage appliances, automobiles and motorcycles. This device cannot meet the sand dust test with wind source in GJB150.
