1. Production process
(1) Paint first and then assemble, there is no dead corner when
painting; it can eliminate the hidden danger of product quality
caused by man to the greatest extent

sealing, simple and convenient to replace

pipeline on site. It is not easy to be damaged or lost in the skid.
2. Lower head design
(1) When the compressed air enters the adsorption tower of the
nitrogen generator, the airflow diffusion is relatively uniform,
and the molecular sieve has no dead ends. Compared with other
structures, the utilization efficiency of molecular sieve is very
high with the same mass filling amount.
(2) The application of the cyclone sheet not only effectively
diffuses the air flow, but also plays a role of buffering and
turbulence, so that the molecular sieve will not be impacted by the
air flow when the pressure is instantaneously charged, which better
protects the integrity of the molecular sieve and is not easy to
cause crushing.
(3) The convex sieve plate bears better load. The design of this
structure does not need to worry about collusion and collapse in
the lower head due to the gravity of the molecular sieve.
3. Upper head design
(1) Adopting the design of the inner compartment of the head, the
nitrogen outlet has a large flow area, which reduces the gas flow
rate, reduces the air cutting effect on the carbon molecular sieve,
and more effectively prevents the molecular sieve from smashing due
to the fast flow rate.
(2) The conical sieve plate design effectively prevents the
molecular sieve from filling dead corners, and effectively prevents
the molecular sieve from sinking due to airflow disturbance during
the use of the nitrogen generator.
(3) When the adsorption tower of the nitrogen generator is
performing back-blowing and exhausting oxygen, the design of the
tapered sieve plate is more effective to uniformly diffuse the
back-blowing gas, so that the molecular sieve can be fully
regenerated, thereby ensuring the stability of the purity of the
nitrogen generator .
