The automatic aerosol filling production line is composed of rotary table type four head or six head liquid filling machine, rotary table type crimping, four head gas filling, water bath machine, weighing machine, actuator machine, outer cover pressing machine, booster pump, conveyor belt, etc.


Purpose

The production line has the characteristics of high accuracy and high efficiency. It can be filled with international 1 inch filling specifications, tinplate, aluminum cans, and medium viscosity materials for filling oil, water and emulsion solvents. It is suitable for filling various kinds of propellants such as DME, LPG, 134a, N2, C02 and so on. It can be used for liquid filling in chemical, daily chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries.
