The cylinder head is made of cast iron or aluminum alloy, which is the installation base of the valve mechanism and the sealing cover of the cylinder. The top of the cylinder and piston form the combustion chamber. Many have adopted a structure that integrates the camshaft support seat and tappet guide hole seat with the cylinder head.
The damage to the cylinder head is often caused by the warping deformation of the sealing plane between the cylinder head and the cylinder hole (causing damage to the seal), cracks in the intake and exhaust valve seat holes, and thread damage during spark plug installation.
