Medical Particle Filtration Efficiency Test Machine HZ-9502 (PFE) is used for testing the filtration efficiency of particulate matter of melt blown fabric, daily protective masks and medical masks, as well as measuring the obstruction performance of ordinary fabrics and medical protective masks to the airflow with constant flow rate.

Working Theory

It was designed and manufactured according to YY0469-2011 technical requirements for surgical masks and GB2626-2006 self-absorption filter respirator for respiratory protective equipment. At the same time, it also refers to the international advanced design concept of similar equipment (such as TSI company of the United States), based on the principle of "European standard EN1822-3:1998 single filter material test", but it is also suitable for the domestic relevant industry test status.

Test Steps
1. Cut the sides of the mask with scissors;
2. Pull the mask away and put it into the test mouth;
3. Use 32L flow test to export test report after testing;
4. Each sample can be tested three times to verify the repeatability of the test.
