1.Capacity: refers to how much rubber material the internal mixer can handle
at one time, just like how much water a cup can hold. For example,
there are different specifications such as 55 liters and 270
liters. The larger the number, the more rubber can be mixed at one
time, which is suitable for the needs of different production
scales.
2.Rotor speed: There is a component called a rotor in the internal mixer that is like a mixer blade. The rotor speed is the speed at which this component rotates. With a fast speed, rubber and various additives can be mixed faster and more fully, but too fast a speed may also cause the rubber temperature to rise too high, affecting the quality. The general speed is around 20100 revolutions per minute.
3.Motor power: The motor power represents the power that drives the internal mixer. The greater the power, the more "powerful" the internal mixer is, and it can handle larger and more difficult-to-mix rubber materials. For example, the motor power of a small internal mixer may be tens of kilowatts, and a large one can reach hundreds of kilowatts.
4.Working pressure: During the mixing process of the internal mixer, a certain amount
of pressure will be generated inside. The appropriate pressure can
ensure better fusion of rubber and additives. The working pressure
is generally adjusted according to the requirements of rubber
materials and production processes. The common working pressure
range is between a few MPa and more than ten MPa.
Temperature control range: The temperature of the rubber is very
critical during the mixing process. If the temperature is too high,
the rubber may deteriorate, and if the temperature is too low, the
mixing will be uneven. The temperature control range is the range
in which the internal mixer can control the rubber temperature,
which can usually be adjusted at around 50-200℃.
5.Unloading method: The unloading method refers to how the mixed rubber comes out of the internal mixer. Common ones include lower top bolt unloading, which means that the rubber falls down after opening; and side-turning unloading, where one side of the internal mixer can be opened like a "plug" at the bottom of the internal mixer to pour out the rubber.

Common troubleshooting methods for rubber kneader machine
During normal use, this machine may encounter some common problems.
The following is a brief introduction to the causes and solutions
of these common problems:
1. After the last shutdown, the main motor cannot be turned on
normally when restarting.
It may be that the last shutdown was an abnormal shutdown, and the
main motor cannot be turned on normally. The main circuit of the
electrical control is locked. Therefore, the closure of each travel
switch should be checked first, and then whether there is a problem
with the electrical circuit.
2. After emergency braking, the roller continues to rotate for more
than 1/4 circle.
It may be caused by insufficient braking torque. Check the wear of
the brake belt. If the wear is serious, it should be replaced in
time.
3. The temperature rise of the roller bearing is abnormal.
Check whether the lubrication system is normal. It may be caused by
lack of oil. Check whether the oil circuit is unobstructed. If it
is not unobstructed, it should be cleaned.
4. The temperature rise of the reducer bearing is abnormal.
Check the flow of the oil flow indicator, whether the oil supply is
sufficient, whether the oil circuit is unobstructed, and whether
there is a lack of oil in the mailbox. Clean the oil filter, detect
the impurity content in the lubricating oil, and replace the
lubricating oil if necessary. Check whether the water flow of the
cooler is normal, check the display value of the oil temperature
gauge, if the oil temperature is too high, the cooling water flow
should be increased.
5. The reducer has abnormal running sound.
It may be caused by too many impurities in the lubricating oil, and
the cleanliness of the lubricating oil should be tested first. Or,
the gear is not normal, then the gear or bearing should be replaced
if necessary. Check,
6. There is shaking during the operation of the roller.
Check whether the transmission of the elastic coupling and the pin
coupling is normal. After replacing the elastic ring and
replenishing lubrication, whether the problem disappears;
otherwise, check whether the roller bearing clearance is normal and
check whether the reducer runs smoothly.
7. The surface temperature of the roller is too high.
Check the water inlet and return water of the cooling water pipe.
In addition, it may be that the small holes in the inner pipe are
rusted, causing insufficient water supply, and the water inlet pipe
must be derusted or replaced.
TWO-Daily Maintenance Content and Specifications of Equipment
Steam maintenance and maintenance of equipment will make the equipment run in the best condition and extend the service life of the equipment.
1. During the use of the equipment, the accuracy of each part should be checked frequently. If the specified installation error is exceeded, it should be adjusted in time.
2. The heating and cooling of the machine must be carried out slowly during the operation of the machine. Especially the roller part, avoid its temperature change and breakage.
3. Regularly check the quality of the lubricating oil, pay attention to the condition of each lubrication point, and replenish and replace the lubricating oil in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
4. During normal shutdown, the emergency brake device should not be used to avoid wear of the brake belt. At the same time, the wear of the brake belt should be checked regularly.
5. Try to avoid starting the machine with load to avoid impact or damage to the main parts of the machine.
6. If the machine stops running for a long time, anti-rust oil should be applied to the surface of the roller. When it is used again, remove the anti-rust oil on the clean surface.
