About rubber strainer technology introduction
The performance changes of solution styrene butadiene rubber
(SSBR)/butadiene rubber (BR) blended rubber filtered by the filter
of the dual-drive synchronous gear pump rubber filter and the
influence of the filter mesh aperture on the performance of SSBR/BR
blended rubber. The results show that after filtering by the filter
mesh of the rubber filter, the vulcanization characteristics and
physical properties of SSBR/BR blended rubber are improved; with
the decrease of the filter mesh aperture, the Shore A hardness,
100% tensile stress, 300% tensile stress, tensile strength,
elongation at break and tear strength of SSBR/BR blended rubber
first increase and then decrease, and the Payne effect becomes
weaker and weaker; when the filter mesh aperture is 75μm, the
tensile strength and tear strength of SSBR/BR blended rubber are
the largest, which are 27.5% and 33.3% higher than those of
unfiltered SSBR/BR blended rubber, respectively, and the flexural
resistance is the best, the loss factor (tanδ) peak is the largest,
the glass transition temperature is the highest, the tanδ at 60℃ is
the smallest, and the rolling resistance is the lowest.
