Qingdao Beishun manufacturing small four-column flat plate vulcanizer is a device used for vulcanizing polymer materials such as rubber and plastics, with the following characteristics and advantages:
Structural design: It is mainly composed of a machine base, four columns, an upper
mold base, a hydraulic cylinder and other components. The four
columns are distributed around the machine base to provide stable
support and guidance for the equipment, ensuring that the upper and
lower mold bases maintain precise parallelism and verticality
during the opening and closing process, which is conducive to
ensuring the molding quality of the product.
Working principle: The hydraulic cylinder is located at the bottom of the machine
base, and the hydraulic system provides power to push the machine
base up or down, thereby realizing the opening and closing of the
upper and lower mold bases. During the mold closing process, the
rubber or plastic material inside the mold is subjected to high
temperature and high pressure, and a vulcanization reaction occurs,
which transforms it from a linear polymer structure to a
three-dimensional network structure, thereby obtaining the required
physical properties and chemical stability.
Application range: It is widely used in industries such as rubber products and
plastic products, such as the production of rubber seals, rubber
pads, plastic sheets and other products.

Its use:
Small four-column flat vulcanizer has a wide range of uses:
1.Rubber product processing
- Seals: produce all kinds of rubber O-rings and oil seals, giving
them good elasticity and sealing properties to meet the waterproof
and oil-proof requirements of mechanical parts, which are commonly
found in automobile engines and hydraulic equipment.
- Rubber pads: manufacture industrial shock-absorbing rubber pads
and anti-slip rubber pads, relying on vulcanization to stabilize
the shape and performance of the product, and achieve buffering and
anti-slip functions.
2.Plastic product molding
- Plastic sheets: hot-press vulcanize plastic sheets such as PVC
and PP to improve the hardness and flatness of the sheets and make
their sizes more accurate, which are used in advertising production
and architectural decoration.
- Plastic sheets: Some plastic sheets with special performance
requirements can be treated by a vulcanizer to optimize the heat
resistance and wear resistance, laying the foundation for
subsequent deep processing.
3.Composite material preparation: compound rubber with different materials such as fabrics and
metals, and use the vulcanization process to make the rubber and
other materials tightly bonded, such as rubber conveyor belts,
which have both the wear resistance of rubber and the strong
