Introduction :
Our company manufactures 1500×1500 flat vulcanizing press, which
can produce various rubber products such as rubber pads, rubber
screens, rubber airbags, rubber accessories, etc. Our company has
been engaged in rubber machinery production for 15 years and has
professional production experience and team. Its related working
parameters may include the following aspects:
1. Hot plate parameters:
- Hot plate size: As its name shows, the working area size of the
hot plate is 1500 mm (length) × 1500 mm (width), which determines
the maximum area of the rubber pad that can be vulcanized at one
time.
- Hot plate temperature difference: The temperature difference
between different areas of the hot plate should be controlled
within a small range, such as ±1℃ to ±3℃, to ensure that the rubber
pad is heated evenly during the vulcanization process and ensure
the vulcanization quality.
- Heating power: Depending on the size of the hot plate and the
required heating speed, temperature control accuracy and other
requirements, its total heating power will vary, which may be
between several kilowatts and tens of kilowatts. Larger heating
power can make the hot plate heat up quickly and improve production
efficiency, but more precise temperature control equipment is also
needed to ensure temperature stability.
- Temperature range: The general working temperature is from room
temperature to about 200℃, which can meet the temperature
requirements of most rubber vulcanization processes. For some
special rubber materials or processes, a higher or lower
temperature range may be required, which requires special design
and configuration of the vulcanizer.
2. Pressure parameters:
- Nominal clamping force: This is the pressure applied by the
vulcanizer to the mold. For a larger size vulcanizer such as
1500×1500, the nominal clamping force needs to be large enough to
ensure that the rubber can fit the mold tightly during the
vulcanization process to prevent defects such as bubbles and lack
of glue on the rubber pad. The size of the nominal clamping force
may be between tens of tons and hundreds of tons, and the specific
value depends on the design and application requirements of the
vulcanizer.
- Pressure control accuracy: The pressure control accuracy directly
affects the vulcanization effect and dimensional accuracy of the
rubber pad. Generally, the pressure control accuracy is required to
be between ±1% and ±5%, and the pressure can be accurately adjusted
according to different rubber materials and process requirements.
3. Operation parameters:
- Mould opening and closing speed: The speed of mould opening and
closing needs to be selected according to the production process
and operation efficiency. Fast mould opening and closing speed can
improve production efficiency, but the stability and safety of the
equipment also need to be considered. For example, the rapid rising
speed may be between 10 mm/s and 20 mm/s, and the rapid descending
speed may be between 15 mm/s and 30 mm/s.
- Vulcanization time: The vulcanization time of the rubber pad
depends on factors such as the type, formula, thickness of the
rubber material, and the vulcanization temperature and pressure,
generally ranging from a few minutes to tens of minutes. It is
necessary to accurately set and control according to the specific
process requirements to ensure that the rubber pad can be fully
vulcanized and achieve the required performance indicators.
4. Other parameters:
- Equipment size and weight: Due to the large size of the hot
plate, the equipment size of the entire vulcanizer will also be
correspondingly large, which may be between several meters and more
than ten meters, and the weight may be between several tons and
tens of tons. During the installation and use of the equipment, the
space and carrying capacity of the site need to be considered.
- Power demand: The main motor, heating system, control system,
etc. of the vulcanizer all require electric drive. The total power
demand may be between tens of kilowatts and hundreds of kilowatts.
The power supply needs to be designed and planned according to the
specific configuration and usage requirements of the equipment.

2. The wires' connection from control box to operation box is finished before delivery. The user only needs to connect the
outside wire to the controlling box.
3. Each machine is tested running with load at our factory before
delivery to guarantee each parts working well.

drawing, user guide and maintenance manual will be supplied before the delivery.
5. Custom clear documents required in destination port, such as B/L,

1. Delivery time of the rubber machines?
Normally it needs about 25 days to 3 months according to the
ordered machines' size and quantity.
2. What does your factory do regarding quality control?

How long time will it take?
Yes, we can supply overseas service and technical support at the
user plant with the charge of the required cost.
Small machines normally takes within 1~3 days.
Large machines normally takes about 30 days.
