Introduction of vulcanizing machine
This machine is the frame plate press vulcanizer series. It is
mainly used in the vulcanization of various rubber products. It
generally adopts frame structure with compact structure, beautiful
modeling and strong clamp force. The upper template of each working
position can by heated up to 180 (adjustable), the lower template
can control the temperature in the room temperature, which forms
the effective temperature difference. This machine has unique
two-temperature working position structure and high pressure
performance which are suitable for various reflective material
products such as press forming of large rubber sheet, etc.

The vulcanizer for conveyor belt manufacturing is a key equipment in the conveyor belt production process.
1. Working principle
Vulcanization process
The vulcanizer heats and pressurizes the rubber layer of the
conveyor belt to promote the vulcanization reaction of the rubber.
Generally speaking, the vulcanization temperature is usually
between 140-160℃ and the pressure is about 1-2MPa. In this process,
a cross-linked structure is formed between the rubber molecules,
thereby improving the physical properties of the rubber, such as
strength, wear resistance, and aging resistance.
Heat transfer
The heating system (commonly steam heating, electric heating, etc.)
transfers heat to the vulcanization mold and the conveyor belt
material. For example, the electric heating vulcanizer has
uniformly distributed heating elements to ensure the uniformity of
temperature during the vulcanization process, and the deviation is
usually controlled within ±5℃ to ensure the consistency of the
vulcanization quality of the conveyor belt.
2. Structural composition
Frame structure
Provides overall support and stability. It is generally made of
high-strength steel and can withstand the pressure during the
vulcanization process. The structural design of the frame must
ensure that the deformation when subjected to maximum pressure is
within the allowable range, for example, the deformation does not
exceed 0.1%.
Heating plate
Directly contacts the conveyor belt and is responsible for
transferring heat. The surface flatness of the heating plate is
required to be high, and the flatness error does not exceed 0.05mm
to ensure good contact with the conveyor belt and even heat
transfer.
Pressure system
Includes hydraulic system or mechanical pressure system. The
hydraulic system can provide stable pressure, and the pressure
adjustment accuracy can reach ±0.05MPa, ensuring that the conveyor
belt is subjected to uniform pressure during the vulcanization
process.
3. Type
Flat plate vulcanizer
Suitable for the production of flat conveyor belts, with simple
structure and easy operation.
Drum vulcanizer
It has advantages for continuous production of ring conveyor belts,
etc., and can realize continuous vulcanization of conveyor belts
with high production efficiency.
