2000T Large Hydraulic Vulcanizing Press Is Used To Produce Dock Anti-Collision Fenders

Fenders Production process:

The vulcanization process parameters of the rubber dock fender vulcanization molding machine are mainly the following aspects:

1. Temperature

1. The vulcanization temperature is usually between 140℃ and 180℃. The specific temperature depends on factors such as the type of rubber, the formula, and the size and shape of the fender.

2. Too high a temperature may cause the rubber to be over-sulfurized, the performance to decline, or even burn; too low a temperature will prolong the vulcanization time, affect production efficiency, and may cause incomplete vulcanization and poor product performance.

2. Pressure

1. The vulcanization pressure is generally around 10MPa to 20MPa. The role of pressure is to make the rubber flow fully in the mold, fill the mold cavity, discharge the internal air and volatiles, and at the same time promote the cross-linking reaction of the rubber molecular chain to be more sufficient.

2. Too high a pressure may damage the mold and increase the load of the equipment; too low a pressure will cause defects such as lack of glue and bubbles in the product.

3. Time

1. The vulcanization time depends on factors such as the thickness, temperature and rubber formula of the fender. Generally speaking, thicker fenders require longer vulcanization time.
2. Too short a vulcanization time will lead to incomplete vulcanization of the rubber, and the product performance will not meet the requirements; too long a vulcanization time will waste energy, reduce production efficiency, and may cause the rubber to be over-vulcanized and the performance will decrease.

IV. Other parameters

1. Preheating time: Before vulcanization, it is usually necessary to preheat the rubber material and mold to reduce the vulcanization time and improve product quality. The preheating time generally ranges from a few minutes to more than ten minutes.
2. Cooling method: After vulcanization is completed, the product needs to be cooled. The cooling method can be natural cooling, air cooling or water cooling. The cooling time will also affect the performance and production efficiency of the product.

In short, determining the vulcanization process parameters of the rubber dock fender vulcanization molding machine requires comprehensive consideration of multiple factors, and through testing and adjustment, find the best combination of process parameters to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

Vulcanizing Press (Frame):
The machine applies to vulcanizing various kinds of rubber and plastic model products as well as non-model products.

Characteristic:
1. The machine is frame structure with below pressing form (upwards). Under the hydraulic pressure, the piston plunger ascends to make hot plate close for getting pressure, while the piston plunger descends (namely hot plate turning on) by deadweight of hot plate, platform and piston plunger to drive working fluid to fuel reserve tank to achieve the aim of descending (namely turning on).
2. We can design and manufacture all kinds of non-standard rubber machinery according to the requirements of the customers
