High Quality Four Roll Rubber Calender The Thickness Of The Rubber
Sheet Can Be Accurately Controlled
Introduction to rubber calender:
There are several common classification methods for the models of
four-roll rubber calenders:
1. Classification by the length of the working part of the roller:
- Short working length type: such as some small four-roll rubber
calenders, the working length may be around 600mm-1000mm, suitable
for small-scale experiments and production in small rubber product
companies or laboratories.
- Medium working length type: The more common models are
1200mm-1700mm working length, which are widely used in rubber
product production and can meet the general scale production needs,
such as the production of some moderate width rubber sheets, rubber
plates and other products.
- Long working length type: large four-roll rubber calenders with a
working length of more than 1800mm. This type of equipment has a
strong production capacity and is suitable for large-scale
continuous production in large rubber product companies. It can
produce rubber products with a larger width, such as large rubber
conveyor belts, etc.
2. Classification by roller diameter:
- Small diameter roller type: The roller diameter is small, usually
around 200mm - 300mm. This type of calender is suitable for fine
calendering of rubber materials, such as producing some thin rubber
sheets or rubber films with high precision requirements.
- Medium diameter roller type: The roller diameter is between 350mm
- 500mm. It is a more commonly used model that can meet the
production needs of a variety of rubber products and has good
performance in the production of rubber sheets, rubber sheets and
other products.
- Large diameter roller type: The roller diameter is above 600mm.
This large four-roller rubber calender is suitable for large-scale
calendering of rubber materials. It can withstand greater pressure
and load and is often used to produce thick rubber sheets, large
rubber tire treads and other products.
3. Classification by roller arrangement:
- Type I: The four rollers are arranged in parallel up and down.
This arrangement is simple in structure and easy to operate. It is
suitable for the production of some rubber products that do not
require particularly high calendering precision.
- T-type: three rollers are on the same horizontal plane, and
another roller is in the vertical direction. This arrangement can
make the rubber material subject to forces in different directions
during the calendering process, which is conducive to improving the
quality and performance of rubber products. It is often used in the
production of rubber plates, rubber sheets and other products.
- L-type: two rollers are on the same horizontal plane, and the
other two rollers are at a certain angle to the horizontal plane.
This arrangement can save space and is suitable for some companies
with limited production space. At the same time, it can also meet
certain calendering production needs.
- S-type: four rollers are arranged in an S shape. This arrangement
can make the rubber material subject to more uniform pressure and
shear force during the calendering process, thereby improving the
quality and precision of rubber products. It is often used in the
production of rubber products with high calendering quality
requirements, such as high-end rubber seals, rubber shock-absorbing
products, etc.
- Z-type: the arrangement shape of the four rollers is similar to
the letter "Z". This arrangement can reduce the elastic deformation
of the rollers and facilitate feeding. It is also widely used in
the rubber industry.
Some common four-roll rubber calender models include XY-4γ630,
XY-4γ1120, XY-4γ1400, XY-4γ1730, XY-4γ2130, etc. The numbers in
these models usually represent the working length of the roller and
other parameter information. The model naming methods of different
manufacturers may vary, but they are basically named around the key
parameters such as the size, arrangement, and working length of the
roller.
