Purpose of the machine:

Industrial powder and granule bin mixing machines are designed according GMP standard and widely used in production process of various pharmaceutical substances, tablets, poisonous preparations, explosive products, dangerous substances, biological products etc.

- Cross-arm with pneumatic clamping mechanism of the bin;

Bin-mixer, can be completed in to mixing line with the follow equipment:

- Technological lifter for the bins;

- Easy-removalbe dispenser for dosing of the product from the technological container;

- Vacuum unloader for technological containers with quick fastening system;

- Washing machine for technological containers / bins;

- Suction / aspiration device.

Standard features:

- Product contacting surfaces are made of stainless steel AISI 316L (1.4404) or AISI 304 (1.4301);

- Other surfaces are made of stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301);

- Surface finishing:

- polished inner surfaces;

- outer surfaces 2B with stripped seams.

- Charging manhole with quick-removable connection Clamp-Lock with the cover 400mm;

- Discharge valve Dy 250 with quick-removable connection Clamp-Lock.

Optionally:

- flange for ventilation connection;

- flange for connection of the milling cutter;
