Chiller which is also called water chiller units, industrial chiller, cooling system, cooling machine, cooling equipment, it offers chilled water with temperature from -40°C to +35°C and can be used for a variety of industrial and commercial applications.

Specification for Small Water Cooled Chiller System

1. Famous Band Compressor
Using famous brand compressor, with lower noise and less vibration, efficient and energy saving.

2. Shell&Tube Evaporator
Shell and tube evaporator adopts high-precision internal threaded copper tube design with larger heat exchanging area for higher efficiency and maximizing system performance.

3. Water Pump
Advanced stainless steel water pump, with large working range, low noise, reliable performance and no leakage and maintenance-free.

4. Microcomputer LCD Controller
Intuitive display of cold water outlet and setting temperature, easy to operate, water temperature control in the range of 3℃~ 50℃.

Chiller daily maintenance

1. Before starting the compressor, check whether the pump rotates normally and ensure that the refrigerant in the pipeline system is full and the circulation is normal.

2. In order to prevent the chiller from freezing, the refrigerant must be completely drained when it is not running for a long time. The automatic exhaust valve is installed at the highest point of the chilled water circulation pipe, and the drainage valve is installed at the lowest point of the chilled water circulation pipe.

3. The machine should be maintained by special personnel. According to the severity of the environment, the condenser of the air cooling unit should be cleaned once every 25 days, and the cooling tower pipe of the water cooling unit should be cleaned once every 2-3 months to ensure the heat dissipation effect.

4. The water quality shall meet the requirements in Appendix D of GB/T184330.1-2007. The pH of water should be between 6.5 and 8.0. The water should not contain Cl-, NH+, S² and other ions that are corrosive to copper. Install filter at water inlet pipe and clean regularly.
