Ingredients: 520 grams of flour
1 egg, room temperature
40g unsalted butter, melted
15 g condensed milk
310ml water
6 grams salt

Step:

3. Cheer on your hands. Take a piece of dough and flatten it with the palm of your hand until it is the size of a dinner plate. Flip it like a pizza. Flip the dough a few times and spread it out until the paper is thin.
4. Fold one side to the middle. Do this three more times so it becomes a square.
5. Grease a frying pan or pan with cooking oil and cook until golden brown.
