Product Description
The peanut shredding machine is primarily used in the food processing industry. It consists of three main parts: feeding, shredding, and sorting. It can shred various types of nuts, such as peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, and chestnuts, into different particle sizes. The nuts are fed into the hopper and transported by a conveyor belt to the shredding chamber. After shredding, the material is sorted by a vibrating screen to obtain the desired particle size. By adjusting the speed of the conveyor belt, the speed of the shredding blades can be controlled, thus altering the number of times the material is shredded, and achieving the desired particle size.
