※Description
The peanut frying machine production line is specially designed for frying peanuts, cashews, peas, bean kernels, sunflower seeds and other nuts. The frying machine production line we designed can improve production efficiency and make reasonable use of space. The peanut frying machine includes a bucket conveyor, a peanut potato chip machine, a chain elevator, an electrical cabinet and an oil filter system.
The peanut frying machine production line integrates a peanut boiling machine, a wet peeling machine (or a dry peeling machine), a de-oiling machine, a belt cooler, a weighing bucket conveyor, a salting machine and a sorting belt to form a complete peanut frying production line. The peanut frying pan is made of stainless steel. The heating method can be electric heating or gas heating.
During frying, the temperature is maintained at 150-160 degrees Celsius and the frying time is 5-6 minutes. Feeding, discharging, de-oiling and salting are all controlled by buttons on the electric control cabinet.
