Common production line equipment
The process flow and main equipment of common peanut butter production line include Roasting, Blanching, Picking belt, Z-elevator, First Grinding, Second Grinding, Blending-De-gassing, Mixing tank, Cooling, Filling machine, etc. It is characterized by flow operation, high degree of mechanization, good reliability, fully enclosed production, no pollution, and is an ideal equipment for producing stable peanut butter.

General equipment
- Roaster: Roast peanuts.
- Blancher: Blanch the dried and roasted peanuts, and the skin and rice are automatically separated during the peeling process to ensure the quality of the blanched peanuts.
- Picking belt: pick unqualified peanuts and some food residues.
- First grinder: grind the peanuts for the first time.
- Second grinding: further grind the coarsely ground peanuts to improve the processing fineness.
- Cooling: cool the ground peanut butter.
- Degassing tank: degas the peanut butter before filling.
- Filling machine: for filling and packaging.

Other equipment
- Peanut butter cooling machine: using foreign technology and improved to reach foreign level, it is an ideal equipment for cooling peanut butter, with the characteristics of fast cooling and easy cleaning. The power is 4kw and the size is 3200*550*900mm.
- Peanut butter grinder: peanuts and sesame seeds are ground into butter after baking and peeling. It can work alone or in conjunction with the production line.
