Working Principle:
It uses compressed air as the peeling power instead of traditional methods like sand roller peeling. The peanuts are placed in the hopper and then conveyed by the elevator to the peeling device. In the peeling chamber, the compressed air blows the peanuts, and the red skin is separated from the peanut kernels. The peeled peanuts and the red skin are then separated by the discharge vibration sifter, and the red skin is collected by the dust cyclone.
Structure and Components:
It mainly includes a hopper, elevator, receiving bin, automatic weighing device, peeling device, red skin suction device, discharge vibration sifter, dust cyclone, and air compressor. The whole set of equipment is divided into five parts: feeding system, peeling system, red skin collection system, discharging system, and PLC control system.
