Panel Layer

Usually made of high-quality colour steel, stainless steel or galvanized steel, the surface is smooth, corrosion-resistant and durable, and the colour and coating can be customized according to requirements.

Core Material Layer

Polystyrene (EPS) foam board is used as the core sandwich material, with a density of 10-100kg/㎡, which has good thermal, acoustic and cushioning properties.

Composite bonding layer

Through special glue or continuous composite production line, both side panels and EPS core material are firmly bonded to form an integral sandwich panel.
