DESCRIPTION

HTM640200 is a mono 640x200 graphic LCD module which is having the module dimension of 260x110.7 mm and AA size of 211.17x79.17 mm. This graphic LCD display is built in with controller and with a straight single low pin header (17 pins, pin pitch 2.54mm) on module; it communicates via 6800/8080 8-bit parallel interface. This LCD module can be operating at temperatures from 0℃ to +50℃; its storage temperatures range from -20℃ to +70℃.
