The selection of materials is the key to the selection of LED
special-shaped screen. At present, there are four common materials:
LED, PVC, ECO and ITOInput. Among them, LED is the most commonly
used, followed by ITOInput, LED and PVC are relatively rare.
Therefore, the required LED color, pipe and core color, pipe and
core material ID and OID material type shall be put in the first
place when selecting LED. In addition, PVC, PMMA and ITOInput can
also be packaged separately if they are of the same color band,
color block or color phase, while the joint surfaces of different
color bands, color phases or color blocks can be spliced.
Therefore, when selecting PVC, PMMA and ITO, good materials should
be selected and packaged separately, otherwise the problem of
unsealing will occur. According to different packaging methods,
there are mainly reflective film, packaging, flat film, straight
roll film and plain film. The reflective film can transmit light to
the color screen, and can get the reflection and scattering of
light at the same time. Therefore, it has good light resistance and
will not cause a large amount of light energy overflow or screen
flash. In addition, PMMA and ITO have serious white energy
consumption, which has certain limitations, while LED has extremely
high energy and can output light completely and stably. Therefore,
good materials should be selected and used separately. If the
matching of LED and backlight source needs to be completed on the
same panel, LED 4Fl, COMC, CCF25, ITOInitech 1450F, FCF502 and
other raw materials with good light transmittance, UV resistance,
radiation resistance and oxidation resistance should be selected.
The LED UHD LED special-shaped screen packaged with imported LED
can be directly made of various LED packaging materials, including
EA, EHED, three terminal electrode, four hole plane, etc. But the
price depends on the quality, characteristics and price level of
LED devices. The products of DIDO standard DEzOFFIRD adopt ordinary
UHD LED, high purity LED and LED IPD are the same materials,
providing an integrated packaging scheme of LED materials and
backlight, which can meet the requirements of various applications.
