The automatic DF dry suspension granule granulation system is a
special equipment for the production of pesticide dry suspension
(DF). It is a method in which pesticides are sand-milled by wet
method, and then the ground suspension is put into the hot airflow
in the drying chamber with a pressure atomizer to quickly evaporate
the water into fine dry particles. The process of concentrating,
drying and granulating the material liquid is completed within a
few seconds.
The wet crushed slurry is first sprayed into mist-like
micro-droplets. After the water is evaporated and taken away by the
hot air, the solid phase in the droplets aggregates into dry
microspheres. The particles made by spray granulation are hollow
and porous, so the particles can flow freely, have good wetting and
disintegration properties in water, and have a high suspension
rate, and they are safe and dust-free during use.
Fully automatic DF dry suspended granule granulation system, with
an effective diameter of 1.8 meters, up to 21 meters. This fully
automatic DF dry suspended granule granulation system is located in
our company's production base. It is currently the only DF
large-scale production line that can test machine samples in China.
Note: At present, the laboratory test of DF dry suspension agent conducted in China usually uses a centrifugal sprayer for drying and granulation. The test can only obtain powder, not spherical hollow particles, which will directly lead to: The data does not have practical significance and is far from the real effect of mass production.
Characteristics of pesticide DF dry suspension concentrate
1. The whole process of DF production can realize automatic closed production, no dust, and high yield. It can be directly sand-milled with undried pesticides containing a small amount of solvent or water, reducing processing links, reducing energy consumption and dust pollution during feeding. Realize the integration of raw material production and preparation production to improve production efficiency.
2. The appearance of DF is granular with good fluidity, which avoids precipitation, agglomeration, stratification and flocculation in long-term storage of the suspension, saves packaging and facilitates transportation;
3. In addition, there is no dust during the use of DF, and the water is dispersed in a mist form. A little stirring can form a highly stable suspension. The secondary dilution process of water dispersible granules (dry method) is avoided, and the particle size of the liquid medicine is small D90<5 microns), normal distribution, not clogging the nozzle;
4. Furthermore, due to DF wet sand milling, it is possible to process some pesticides that are statically generated by dry airflow, have low hardness or are easily decomposed during heating, into solid dosage forms, such as copper preparations that are prone to static electricity, and have low hardness and low melting point. The original drug pyraclostrobin, mancozeb which is easily decomposed by heating.
