Beef Vacuum Freeze Dryer Description
Vacuum freeze dryer is designed for the current existing
conventional vacuum dry operation and oven, to transform and
upgrade, mainly by the refrigeration system and vacuum system
consists of two parts.
The use of vacuum dry explosion principle, through the fine
temperature of the material frozen to its pin point temperature, so
that the moisture in the material into the state of ice, and then
in a higher vacuum environment, by heating the material, the ice
directly sublimated into hydropathy gas, and then the water vapor
condenser in the vacuum system will be water vine gas net
condensation, so as to achieve the purpose of material dehydration
drying.
Vacuum Freeze Drying Equipment Characteristic
1.Efficient protection for the vacuum pump, starting after reaching
the pre-set temperature.
2.Digital LCD touch screen, recording the temperature of cold trap
and sample as well as the vacuum degree, whose data can be
exported.
3.The tray is made of silicon rubber electric heating plate, which
can pre-set the temperature heating curve, so as to automate the
sublimation.
4.The tray possesses the freezing function, eliminating the process
of pre-freezing the sample and automatically starting the drying
process afterwards.
5.Inflation valves equipped, which can be filled with dry nitrogen
or inert gas.
6.Single working time and total running time can both be recorded
simultaneously.
7.The drying room employs glass window with high transparency to
witness the process.
