Sterilized Non Woven Wound Dressing/Adhesive Non-Woven Wound Dressing for Single Use/Wound Dressing Set
Product Introduction
【Structure and composition】Type B products are composed of polyurethane PU sponge, negative pressure medical film, straight joint, Y-type joint and stop clamp and negative pressure drainage tube sleeve. The negative pressure drainage tube sleeve is composed of suction cup, suction tube, flushing tube, oxygen supply tube, oxygen cap and Luer joint parts, and the product is sterilized by gamma irradiation.
【Functional indications/indications】Disposable negative pressure drainage protection materials are used for negative pressure closure and drainage operations, drainage non-chronic wounds (such as surgical incisions, mechanical trauma, cut wounds, superficial second-degree burn wounds) and establish oxygen channels for aerobic wounds.
specification: (Length: 5 ~ 60cm) *( width :5 ~ 45cm) *( thickness:
0.6 ~ 4.0cm) (straight tube type, suction cup type)
Main performance indexes:
Products should be sterile;
For other main performance indicators, please refer to product
technical requirements.
4.1 Medical foam
4.1.1 PVA foam: Honeycombed, with good three-dimensional structure
and space, good permeability and water permeability, strong
resilience and good biocompatibility. Physical properties: shrink
and harden when the product is dry. Therefore, compared with PU
foam, PVA foam is more suitable for wounds with more acute
secretions with high negative pressure drainage.
4.1.2 PU foam: Composed of numerous filaments, the
three-dimensional network is better in three-dimensional structure
and space than PVA foam, and the density is only 1/3--1/5 of PVA
foam. More breathable and permeable, excellent biocompatibility.
Compared with PVA foam, PU foam is more suitable for the negative
pressure sealing treatment of wounds with less dryness of various
secretions and chronic refractory wounds.
4.2 porous suction tube
Silica gel material, cloth into the foam to enhance the drainage
effect, strong compression resistance, according to the width and
length of the foam to determine the number of porous suction tube
and tube arrangement mode.
4.3 Porous flushing tube
Silica gel material, cloth into the foam to play the role of
washing the wound surface, according to the width and length of the
foam to determine the number and mode of porous suction tube.
4.4 Non-perforated connection tube
PVC or silica gel material, one end is connected with the flush
tube installed in the foam through the corresponding specification
of the joint, and the other end is connected with the guide tube
through the corresponding specification of the joint.
4.5 Transparent breathable adhesive membrane
Pasting is an important material for wound closure, and the pasting
process is also a key step. If wound closure and leakage directly
affect the therapeutic effect of negative pressure sealing and
drainage. According to different types and specifications of
protecting and creating materials, different types and
specifications of laminating membrane can be configured. See
instructions for details.
Scope of application
In the mesenteric method, a single tube is generally pasted and
sealed. When there are two or more tubes, it is more convenient and
effective to use face-to-face pasting.
According to the wound area, size and shape, design the foam
cutting, the drainage direction of the porous drainage tube or the
suction cup joint, and the adhesive film sealing scheme.
As shown in the picture on the right: Cut the membrane to a width
of 8--10cm, fold the centrifugal paper outward, then tear off the
centrifugal paper, stick the folded edge of the folded membrane to
the lower edge of the wound, place it on the wound foam, and paste
the porous suction connection tube on folded film.
Apply an appropriately sized and collapsible membrane using a
face-to-face paste and seal the entire wound.
8.6 Suction cup foam sealing method:
PU foam suction cup type and PVA foam suction cup type are
different in structure and sealing method.
8.6.1 PU foam suction cup sealing method:
After the foam is cut, determine where the suction cup fittings
will be placed on the foam and where the porous irrigation tube
will enter the foam. Use a sterile scalpel to pierce the foam at an
angle of 30-45 degrees, then touch the wound with sterile forceps,
introduce the porous irrigation tube into the foam, and fix the
porous irrigation tube in the foam by puncturing to play a certain
role . Then, use two large suction cup membranes to seal the entire
wound from the suction cup to the left or up.
Design foam cutting,
Determine where the suction cup fittings will be placed on the foam
and where the porous contacts will be.
The perforated irrigation tube was inserted into the sponge wound
at an angle of 30-45 degrees to the sponge suction surface for
intermittent fixation. If the wound has sinus tracts and deep
cavities, a sponge can be incised along the perforated irrigation
tube for negative pressure therapy.
With the suction cup as the center, the entire wound surface is
sealed with a special film made of PU sponge suction cup.
8.6.2 PVA foam suction cup sealing method:
After cutting the foam, place it on the wound surface and seal it
with PVA suction cup special membrane. First, let the flush tube
interface on the suction cup go through the corresponding hole of
the membrane, and then let the suction tube interface go through
successively. Let the membrane stick close to the root of the flush
tube and the suction tube, and then peel off the core paper from
the upper and lower membrane of the suction cup and paste the fixed
suction cup and foam respectively.
Let the membrane stick close to the root of the flush tube and the
suction tube, and then peel off the core paper from the upper and
lower membrane of the suction cup and paste the fixed suction cup
and foam respectively.
Tube connection:
Y-joint, trapezoidal joint are used to connect various suction
tubes in the medical foam according to functions.
