Working Principle

The dozing system is mainly composed of solution tank, mixing tank (with stirrer), metering pump, level gauge, electric control cabinet, pipeline, valve, safety valve, check valve, pressure gauge, filter, base, escalator, etc. (can be configured according to the actual requirements of users). Dosing system according to the required concentration of the drug, in the mixing box preparation, after stirring evenly into the solution box, with a metering pump (dosing pump) to the dosing point or the designated system delivery of the prepared solution.

Maintenance of dosing device

1. The pipeline of the dosing device should be kept unblocked at any time. Check the connection parts, filters, feeding ports and discharging ports of the device from time to time to observe whether there are deposited substances in these parts.

2. Regularly check whether the feed port of the metering pump is blocked, and clean the pipeline and filter regularly to prevent blockage.

3. Regularly check the stirring device to check whether the stirring shaft is flexible, whether the impeller is twisted and deformed, and whether the coupling sleeve is loose, so as to avoid excessive torque of the shaft and consumption of stirring power. If there is damage, it should be replaced in time.

4. Check the safety valve, pressure gauge and pipeline valve regularly to avoid leakage.

After anaerobic, anoxic and aerobic biochemical treatment, the sewage enters the built-in MBR membrane pool for membrane filtration, and the hollow fiber membrane wall is covered with micropores. Under the action of aeration, the sewage accelerates to flow outside the hollow fiber, and forms dynamic negative pressure filtration under the suction of self-priming pump, which does not block the membrane surface and can run continuously for a long time. Macromolecular particles are trapped in the micropores of the membrane, and clear water enters the membrane filaments through the micropores, and is pumped into the clear water pool by a self-priming pump.
