Structure
MBR integrated equipment mainly consists of five parts, such as grid well, anoxic tank, contact oxidation tank, regulating tank and anoxic tank.
1. Grid well: grid well is to isolate suspended solids and impurities in wastewater, so as not to affect the later treatment of equipment.
2. Anoxic tank: anoxic tank water into the anoxic tank for further decomposition of organic matter, sewage ammonia, nitrogen, phosphorus removal, anoxic tank upper sedimentation into contact oxidation tank, and sludge through the reflux pipe into the anoxic tank, so as to increase the concentration of anoxic tank, improve the anaerobic tank treatment efficiency. When the concentration of the anaerobic tank is saturated, the reflux valve is closed, and the valve flowing to the sludge concentration tank is opened to allow the sludge to flow directly into the sludge concentration tank.
3. Contact oxidation pool: when the water from the anaerobic pool flows into the contact oxidation pool, the sewage is fully contacted with the oxidizing bacteria (stereoelastic packing) in the contact oxidation pool, the sewage will decompose into CO2 and H2O, and the CO2 in the water will be discharged through the action of the blower. The sludge is composed of dead bodies of bacteria.
4. Regulating pool: According to the characteristics of domestic water, the time period of water discharge is not uniform, and the time period of their discharge is basically set as the peak period of early, middle and late. The regulating pool can adjust the uneven water supply, so that the post-processing can operate normally. A water level controller is set in the regulating pool, so that the automatic control can be effectively implemented.
5. Anaerobic tank: sewage into the anaerobic tank, through the mixing effect of the mixer sewage and anaerobic bacteria fully combined. Anaerobic tank can decompose microorganisms and organic matter in sewage to produce CO2 methane and other substances.

Application
Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a new and efficient wastewater treatment technology which combines membrane separation and biological treatment. The denitrification mechanism of industrial nitrogenous wastewater includes two basic processes: nitrification and denitrification. Nitrification refers to the process of converting ammonia nitrogen into nitrate nitrogen, which is mainly completed by two types of aerobic autotrophic bacteria, nitrifying bacteria and nitrifying bacteria.
MBR membrane technology first by activated sludge removal of biodegradable organic pollutants in water, and then USES the membrane component force intercept the activated sludge bioreactor and the vast majority of suspended solids, implementation after purification of water and activated sludge solid-liquid separation, thus strengthened the biochemical reaction, improve the effect of the sewage treatment and water quality.
The MBR process has a significant effect on COD treatment in the
wastewater of nitrogen fertilizer industry, and its biochemical
strain regimen and acclimation stage is short, showing a stable
effect from the third day. In stable treatment stage and normal
operation stage, the COD removal rate can maintain high, and the
removal rate is more than 90%. The average COD for export should be
controlled below 30mg/L.
