Metal coil sheet cutting to length line is one of our main machine products, We manufacture metal sheet cut to length line machines for 16years, supplied cut to length lines to Malaysia, KSA, UAE, Nigeria, Algeria, USA, Argentina, Russia, Ethiopia, Egypt, etc, about 30 countries,

Coil sheets can be hot rolled, cold rolled, galvanized steel sheets, stainless steel sheet, aluminum sheets, light gauge sheet cut to length line has fine leveling and fast cutting. Sheet flatness +/-1mm per square meter, fast stop cutting 2m x 28pcs/min.

Cold rolled, galvanized steel sheet coils are thin and requires precison leveler( 4 high or 6high), fast cutting (many customers choose servo drive cutting) and the stacking system can be one stacker or double layers stackers fast exchange with each other.

Continuous running of leveler, servo length feeding and fast pneumatic shear or servo driven cutting ensure high speed and high precision working, stacking speed follows up the coming cut sheets and stack each sheet fast one by one, for a 2mm x 1250 x 15T coil, it takes 20minutes to cut, about 40minutes one coil.

Layout

Two sets coil preparing saddle, single mandrel uncoiler with back tension, coil head press and peeler, 4 high leveler, pit loop, central guide, servo length fixing with filming, fast shear, delivery belt table, one or two sets stacker, output cars or roll tables.

Composition

1. Coil saddle, store one or two coils for standby, load 20T
2. Coil loading car. load coil onto uncoiler mandrel, up-down lifting and fwd-bwd walking.
3. Single mandrel uncoiler: hydraulic expansion mandrel for standard Ф508mm, back tension motor is installed for stable uncoiling and leveling, centralizing uncoiler base to ensure coil center on ceterline.
4. 2+15 Roller Leveler: 4Hi, 4 rows backup rollers, 75KW DC.
5. 2+21 6Hi leveler is optional, more costly investment, higher precision leveling, more suitable for stainless steel, aluminum sheets.
6. Servo Length feeding: Servo length measuring(2+5+2 rollers driven by servo motor and controller)
7. Pneumatic Fast Stop Shear: crank shaft cutting from down to up, lower blade v shape.
8. Belt Conveyor: convey finished sheets to stacker
9. Stacking system: include scissor table, output roll table or output trolleys to receive and output piled sheets, stacking load 5T.
