6 Hi Leveler Servo Cut to Length Line with Edge Trimmer and Dual
Stackers
Our company's high-speed servo cutting line for stainless steel
plates is very popular in the stainless steel plate processing
market. The whole production line has high processing accuracy,
fully automatic operation, and high production efficiency. The main
units of the entire line include the unwinder anti tension feeding
function, the 6Hi leveling machine, (edge cutting machine), film
paper laminatng, the 9 roll servo length feeding machine, the servo
cutting machine, the double stackers, etc. The length of the sheets
is over 300mm, with a maximum length of 3000mm, 4000mm, and 6000mm
available. The production speed is 45 sheets/minute x 1m board, and
30 sheets/minute x 2m board.
Stainless steel plates have smooth surface, high plasticity, high
toughness, and high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and
an increasingly wide range of applications. Stainless steel plates
are mainly categorized 200 series, 300 series, and 400 series, with
higher requirements for cutting process, such as flatness,
smoothness, length accuracy, and material uniformity.

Characters:
1. In the design and manufacturing of the production line,
considering protection of the board surface. Chromium plated
rollers, rubber coated rollers, pneumatic aggregates, etc. will all
provide good protection for the surface of the board.
2. Six High leveling machine: The bearing seat of the leveling
roller can be synchronously tilted with the adjustment of the
curvature of the leveling roller. The contact between the support
roller base and the upper and lower crossbeams adopts a spherical
contact. While adjusting the support roller, it can be freely
aligned to ensure that the support roller and the middle roller are
in line contact, which is conducive to protecting the work roller.
3. Length Feeding: equipped with a secondary positioning device
(fully closed-loop control), which can effectively avoid the impact
of pressing and leveling on material dimensions, making shear
dimensions more accurate. It consists of two sets of clamping fixed
length rollers, with a five roll finishing structure in the middle,
ensuring precise feeding without slipping.
4. Servo shearing machine: driven by servo motor, with fast
shearing speed; When cutting boards of different thicknesses, the
gap between the scissor blades can be quickly adjusted by a servo
motor through the human-machine interface. The four sided blades
can be used interchangeably with interchangeable blades to achieve
maximum economic benefits. Cutting from bottom to top with burrs
pointing upwards can effectively avoid damaging the conveyor belt.
5. Stacking system: The sheet is transported by the conveying belt
to the aggregate rack for neat stacking. The lifting table of the
stacked steel plates can automatically descend with the increase of
the height of the stacked steel plates; When the number of stacked
steel plates reaches the set value on the touch screen, the
production line will automatically stop. At this time, manual
control lower the lifting table, drive the discharge trolley out
(or output the roller conveyor), and at the same time, enter the
next working cycle on another stacking rack.
6. It can continuously cut multiple length specifications at once
without stopping the machine (online cutting).
