High Precision 20 High Cold Rolling Mill For AHSS SUS Steel (750)
20-high cold rolling mill for production of the stainless steel
precision strip as well as high-strength carbon steel strip,
copper, copper alloys, and special materials in perfect quality.
20Hi cold rolling mill undoubtedly is the optimum solution of
thickness reducing for hard deformation alloy strips such as
stainless steel strip.
The 750mm 20Hi mill proposal is made as per the marketing
requirements of finished product and feasible machine
configuration, which can guarantee producing all the required
product sizes in stability at economical cost and thus good profit.
The technical characteristics of the 20Hi Mill:
- the mill stand is a whole structure of strong rigidity(the design
rigidity coefficient 440-490T/mm), good for controlling metal plate
thickness precision.
- the roller convex adjusting is more flexible and convenient, for
the outer backup rollers are backup bearing type.
- the rolling line height can be flexibly adjusted by F,G rollers.
- axial transfer of middle rollers help plate edge shape control.
- cooling oil is supplied to lubricate rollers via guide plates in
good lubrication performance.
- easy operation and maintenance and safe running.
- stable rollers system: hundreds of 20Hi mills around the world
don’t happen rollers unstable problem. Moreover, small work roller
diameter can reduce plate to very thin degree.
