Aluminum sheets in coils (range 0.15-6.0mm, the aluminum sheet over 10mm esp. above 25mm in pieces) is is softer in body and smooth in surface, can be pure aluminum or aluminum alloy. most frequently 1xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx, 7xxx series aluminum sheets. Different aluminum sheet properties differ a lot, generally Yield strength ≥65Mpa, tensile strength 170-305Mpa Coil sheets can be full soft(O state), semi hard(H24), full hard(H18).

The aluminum coil sheet cut to length line must be fly cutting type, either rotary shear or moving shear, the cutting won't affect sheet going forward

1. non stop continuously flatten aluminum sheet without roll mark
2. stop-go servo pinch feeding will hurt sheet surface, fly cutting doesn't need stop.
3. stacking system receives sheet piece by piece without hurting it, the stacker can be one or two sets as per line speed.
4. 6 hi leveling machine suitable for leveling soft aluminum sheets in high precision
5. automatic cantilever uncoiler is efficient and precise, suitable for aluminum coils.

Composition

• 1.Coil storing saddle, store one or two aluminum coils
• 2.Coil loading car. take a coil from saddle and load a coil to uncoiler
• 3.Single mandrel uncoiler: hydraulic expansion mandrel for standard Ф508mm, hydraulic centralize adjusting, with paper peeler.
• 4.Coil head snubber roller, peeler shoveling plate: to open coill head from uncoiler and send into pinch feeder
• 5.2+17 Roller Leveler: 6Hi, 2layers work rollers, 2layers middle rollers and 2layers backup rollers, back tension is beneficial between leveler and uncoiler.
• 6.Pit Accumulator or transmission roll table: pit accumulate sheet in pit to ensure leveler continuous working, transmission roll table is also workable in synchronous fly shearing.
• 7. Pairs of double rollers, with servo Length Measure (and Film Laminating): Servo length measuring(pair of pinch rollers or 2+5+2 rollers structure driven by servo motor and controller), with PU coated pinch rollers for film laminating
• 8.Fly shear, with screw rod guide: cutting frequency is relative to sheet length, hydraulic cutting from down to up.
• 9.Belt Conveyor: convey finished sheets to stacker
• 10.Stacker: receiving sheet piece by piece and piling up on lifting table, stacking load 5T.
• 11.Sheets Car, output roll table: deliver sheets out, then packing. can be two cars, one working and the other waiting.
• 12.Hydraulic system: 11KW gear pump provides 12Mpa pressure.
• 13.Electric Control System: One electric cabinet and two operator panels(one console for servo measuring, PLC, HMI and stacking, one for uncoiling and leveling) with complete and safe functions
