Thin Sheet Steel Slitting Lines Loading Unloading Floor Cradle Coil
Car
Our high speed thin sheet steel slitting line has many advantages
and gives good stability and precision during slitting.
1. Coil loading car, unloading car can be floor cradle type, the
rails sit on ground not like pit type coil car sits on rails in
pit.
- Moreover, the cradle unloading car has separator overarm to press
slit baby coils without strapping packed on recoiler mandrel.
- Recoiler press separator separates slit coils on recoiler, the
separator overarm press on slit coils from another angle, recoil
mandrel shrink, hydraulic pusher push and cradle support slit baby
coils comes out from recoiler mandrel and send the coils onto arm
of turnstile with another separator arm press on slit coils,
waiting for strapping packing and discharging by forklift or crane.
2, Single mandrel decoiler: press one button on operator panel,
centralizing to easily adjust coil on central line.
mandrel is interlace teeth segments, good for thin sheet coil
inside.
3.Slitter:
- high precision tools Disc slitting knives: SKD-11, HRC 60-62, knife
thickness tolerance within ±0.003mm.
- PU circled disc spacers: the same precision as knife as spacer and
also as knife cushion.
- wood plates cushions to guide steel strips are available for thin
sheet slitting
- double slitter heads automatic exchanging with each other on
exchange base, one slitter is working online while workers can
arrange knife tools on the other slitter, automatically check
arranged knife clearance.
- Rotating turret for tools changing, two pairs of cantilever shafts,
one pair for receiving old tools, the other pair for installing new
tools, the tools arranging is offline, not bothering inline
working.
4. Scrap winder: vertical winding or horizontal winding, scrap
baller & chopper, optional. for high speed thin sheet usually
vertical type.
5. Pre separating and tensioner: all separating shafts are the same
and easily dismantled and installed.
tension provision is variable piston pump hydraulic system,two
hydraulic cylinders on top give balance pressure.
Post shear and Deflector roller: post shear cut off irregular
strips tails,making packing on recoiler easier.
Encoder on deflector roller track the slitting length and shows on
touch screen.
6. Recoiler mandrel is seamless segments, separator is frame type
with press separator shaft falling on slit strips guided by
pillars, soft wiper is available.
