Product Description: Valve steel is an important branch of heat-resistant steel, and it is a special material for manufacturing intake and exhaust valves of internal combustion engines. This material is often under the working conditions of high temperature of 450-900°C and explosion pressure of 3000-7000kPa, and has long been subjected to high-temperature corrosion and erosion of gasoline, diesel and other gases, as well as friction between the valve itself and the valve seat. Therefore, the valve material must have sufficient thermal strength, high temperature corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, wear resistance and impact resistance at the highest operating temperature.

Our products are cold drawn seamless steel pipe and mainly used on structure , transmission fluid, high pressure boiler pipe, low medium pressure boiler, oil cracking, cold drawn or cold rolled precision and also include low alloy seamless steel pipe. The production annual capacity is 30000 tons for seamless steel pipes. Further more, to expand our business, we have invested and built 2 production lines of Electric High Resistance Welded steel pipes (ERW), 1 production lines of Longitudinally Submerged Arc Welding steel pipe (LSAW), 2 production line of Spiral Submerged Arc Welding steel pipe (SSAW). Thus production annual capacity of steel pipe is over 400,000 metric tons.
