Product Description

R series reducer is a helical gear transmission device. The internal gears are driven in three stages, the first stage is between the small gear at the motor shaft end and the large gear; the second stage is between the large gear and the small gear; the third stage is between the small gear and the large gear.The hard-tooth surface gear is made of high-quality alloy steel, which is carburized and hardened, and finely machined.

1. Modular design: It can be easily equipped with various types of motors or other power inputs. The same model can be equipped with motors of multiple powers. It is easy to realize the combined connection between various models.

2. Transmission ratio: finely divided and wide in scope. Combined models can form a large transmission ratio, that is, output extremely low speed.

4. High strength and small size: the box body is made of high-strength cast iron. The gears and gear shafts adopt the gas carburizing quenching and fine grinding process, so the load capacity per unit volume is high.

5. Long service life: Under the conditions of correct model selection (including the selection of appropriate usage coefficient) and normal use and maintenance, the life of the main parts of the reducer (except for wearing parts) is generally not less than 20,000 hours. The wearing parts include lubricating oil, oil seals and bearings.

6. Low noise: The main parts and components of the reducer have been precision processed, and have been carefully assembled and tested, so the reducer has low noise.

7. Can withstand larger radial loads.
