III. Product Advantages
1. Exceptional Bonding Performance: The powerful solvent acrylic
adhesive enables the tape to form a strong, durable bond with a
wide variety of substrates.
2. Professional Release Liner Protection: Featuring a smooth
surface, moisture resistance, and high-temperature resistance, the
brown glassine release liner effectively shields the adhesive from
contamination, oxidation, and humidity prior to use.
3. Broad Environmental Adaptability: The tape maintains stable
performance across a wide range of harsh environments, ensuring
reliable adhesion and reducing the risk of failure.
IV. Main Application Areas
1. Printing, Advertising, and Packaging
· Ideal for the smooth mounting of posters, photographs, printed
images, and design drawings thanks to its ultra-thin nature, which
allows for a seamless finish.· Perfect for sealing gift bags and
packaging boxes, as it removes cleanly without damaging surfaces.
2. Leather Goods, Textile, and Footwear
· Used to temporarily secure leather pieces, lining fabrics,
zippers, or decorations before stitching, ensuring precision and
preventing adhesive bleed-through at needle holes.
· Can be precision-die-cut into specific shapes for component
attachment in footwear, apparel, and luggage.
3. Electronics Manufacturing
· Secures extremely thin and delicate components during assembly.
· Commonly precision-die-cut into complex shapes to act as adhesive
backing or for the initial positioning of screen assemblies.
4. Automotive Interior and Decals
· Attaching lightweight trim strips and logos.
· Securing the edges of fabric or leather interior panels within
vehicles.
Points to note:
To achieve optimal bonding results, it is recommended to apply the
tape in an environment between 10°C and 40°C. Before use, ensure
that the substrate surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free
from contaminants such as oil and dust. After application, apply
uniform and sufficient pressure to effectively eliminate air
entrapment and maximize bond strength. This product should be
stored in a dark environment at 21°C and 50% relative humidity,
with a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
Adhering to these storage and usage guidelines will ensure the
product performs at its best.
