The storage system is modular. Each module is a fully functional memory with a stand-alone integrated battery management system, BMS for short. It monitors constantly monitors the status of the cells and protects them from overcharging, overvoltage and overtemperature. A defect of the storage tank due to environmental influences or incorrect use, is thus prevented in advance.
