The box you reviewed on this page, it is made by 157gsm coated paper, laminated to the 1200gsm grey cardboard and insert black EVA foam with cut out to fit the wine bottle.

The coated paper is good for printing, and make many kinds of the surface effects, such as gold foil stamping, silver foil stamping, red foil stamping or spot UV coating, also can be made with glossy or matt lamination to protect the box surface. 1200gsm grey cardboard is rigid, the thicknees is about 2mm, which can protect the products are packed inside safely during shipping, normally also can use 1000gsm cardboard, it is up to the customer's request. The inside of the box is with EVA insert, this is one of the soft stuff to protect the products ,such as , perfume ,electronic products, wines, the EVA foam can be cut with any shapes to fit the products, this would be the double protection for the goods inside and makes your products looks more luxury.
