Production Processing of Plastic Packaging Bags:

1. Printing Process: we have advanced high speed 1-10 colors printing machines, the advantages are accurate colors registration, vivid printing.
2. Lamination Process: our lamination machine is using a laminating material, 100% solid solvent free adhesive. The advantages are strong lamination, environmental, odorless, high-speed lamination.

3. Drying Processing: as using solid solvent free adhesive laminating material, the drying time is shortened. Advanced drying room ensure the firmness of the lamination.

4. Bag Making Process: we have multiple multifunctional bag making machines, and our bag making masters have many years experiences can make various and difficult bags

Our QC/Technical Support

Each production line has one QC to 100% inspect the finish products then to pack into cartons .

Each department has two QC to random inspect the production lines and the finished products.

One QC manager and two QC directors for whole factory.

Factory Inspection Method And Procedure

1. Factory must keep all the record when inspect the goods, the inspection record should be including the style No./Color/inspection date/defected/quantity/pass or not ;

2. Factory must control the evaluation standard for every batch to ensure the materials are good before proceeding the mass production;

3. Random check the printing quality in-line and 100% take inspection after finishing.
