Customized two decks of the plastic playing cards are popular all over the world,the materials are 100% PVC with thickness from 0.3mm to 0.35mm,normally,standard thickness is 0.32mm, the 0.35mm is the special request of plastic playing cards, more thicker, more durable and cost higher, but the quality is much better.

The box can be made with card tray slot inside, or with EVA foam or with plastic tray inside of the box to separate the two decks of the PVC poker cards or just use the insert to hold the cards,this can avoid breaking or damaging the cards during shipping.
