The GE IS200JPDSG1AEC is a Jumper Power Distribution Board (PCB) designed for the Mark VI Turbine Control System Series, extending compatibility to gas, steam, and wind turbines—an upgrade from the Mark V Series. As a critical 28V DC power management component, it receives power from external AC/DC or DC/DC converters, distributing it to control system components. Its design includes enhanced features over the JPDM module, such as additional fuses, output connectors, and support for PPDA I/O packs via ribbon cables, facilitating diagnostic integration. Manufactured with A/E/C-rated revisions, it mounts on a sheet metal structure and integrates seamlessly into Power Distribution Module (PDM) systems.

Power Distribution: Handles 28V DC input, with outputs including 6×6-pin, 3×2-pin, and 3×2-pin. A 5-screw terminal (35A) enables daisy-chaining, ensuring robust power delivery across the control system.


Diagnostic Integration: Connects to PPDA I/O packs via a 62-pin D-Shell and 50-pin ribbon cable, transmitting critical data,voltage readings for R/S/T busses, electronic ID, auxiliary supply status. Dual 50-pin diagnostic connectors simplify troubleshooting.


Compatibility: Works with JPDB/JPDF/JPDE boards and PPDA packs. Integrates into Mark VIe’s PDM system, leveraging feedback for real-time monitoring and anomaly detection.


Design & Installation: Compact, sheet metal-mounted, with detailed wiring diagrams for secure setup. Complies with safety standards, featuring proper grounding via sheet metal brackets to Functional Earth (FE).
