The GE IS420UCSCH1B is a Quad-Core Controller in the Mark VIe Series, designed for GE Distributed Control Systems. Running on QNX Neutrino OS with real-time hypervisor technology, it supports TMR, Simplex, and Dual redundancy, ideal for high-speed, reliable industrial applications. Equipped with Embedded Field Agent (EFA) technology, it enables secure connections to Predix cloud-based apps, delivering real-time data to linked controllers. As a key component in turbine and balance-of-plant control, it integrates seamlessly with Mark VIe ecosystems.

Performance & Memory: 4 GB DDR3-1333 SDRAM, 1.2 GHz AMD G-Series quad-core processor, and NVSRAM for data integrity.

Connectivity: 6 Ethernet ports and Predix-specific port. Supports IEEE 1588 clock sync (±100µs) over IONet.

Redundancy & Reliability: Dual/ TMR redundancy options prevent data loss during maintenance. Built-in diagnostics and auto-reconfiguration via ToolboxST.

Cloud & HMI: EFA enables Predix cloud integration; ControlST V07.00.00C+ serves as HMI. Virtual network facilitates secure VM communication.

Durability: Operates at 0–1000m altitude, with convection cooling. Compact design and secure cabinet installation support harsh industrial environments.
