The GE IS210AEPSG1A is a Power Supply Board designed for the Mark VIe turbine control
system, part of GE Industrial Systems’ legacy Speedtronic line for
gas/steam turbine management. As a modified "A"-revision daughter
product of the IS210AEPSG1, it monitors turbine health—including
vibration, shaft voltage, flame detection, and temperature—via
general and application-specific I/Os. Integral to the Mark VIe’s
Ethernet-enabled architecture, it ensures stable power and system
oversight in critical turbine operations.
Key Features:
Core Function: Powers and monitors turbine systems, detecting issues like vibration and overheating using dedicated and general-purpose I/Os to support reliable turbine operation.
Hardware Design: A compact, component-dense rectangular board with insulated factory-drilled holes to prevent voltage damage. Equipped with transformers, an inductor coil, and 11 heat sinks for thermal management.
