GE IS220PTURH1A Primary Turbine Protection Pack

Product Details:

The GE IS220PTURH1A is a Primary Turbine Specific Primary Trip Pack, integral to the Speedtronic Mark VIe gas turbine control system. It serves as an electrical interface between a turbine control terminal board and 1–2 Ethernet networks, with outputs routed via a DC-62 pin connector to the terminal board. Housed in a black shell with air vents, it contains a CPU board, a turbine-specific control board, and an analog acquisition auxiliary board, plus front-facing LEDs and an unused IR receiver.

Key Features:
Turbine Control Focus: Equipped with four passive magnetic speed inputs, detecting down to 2-RPM turning gear speed to monitor turbine status. Uses median speed signals for control and primary overspeed trip functions.

Connectivity & Hardware: Includes dual 10/100 Ethernet ports, flash memory, RAM, an ID chip, internal temperature sensor, and reset circuit; mounts on the TTURH1C terminal board.

Auto-Reconfiguration: Supports automatic download of baseload, bootloader, firmware, and settings from the controller.

Support & Availability: Available as new/rebuilt with 24-month warranty; repairs offered with 12-month coverage, ensuring reliable turbine operation in industrial setups.
