Product Details:

The GE IS200ISBBG1AAB is an Insync bus bypass card, a key component of the EX2100 excitation system and part of the Mark VI turbine control system.
Designed for industrial control environments, it enables temporary overriding of interlock systems via the JP1 Interlock Bypass feature, facilitating specific operations under certain interlock conditions. As a compact PCB, it integrates seamlessly into control setups, supporting the efficient and flexible operation of gas, steam, and wind turbine drive assemblies.

Features:
1.Compact & DIN Rail-Mountable: Small form factor with DIN rail mounting (secured via screws), suitable for space-constrained environments; conductive material around holes ensures grounding.

2.Connector Configuration: 4 connectors including 3 plugs, of which P1 is full duplex, P2 is XMIT data output, P3 belongs to the RCV data input, and 1 terminal block P4/24 VDC input for data exchange and power supply.

3.Jumper & Indicators: Clear on-board jumper position labeling; 2 LEDs for monitoring, which yellow for XMIT data, green for interlock status.

4.Integrated Components: Includes a 200ns response time voltage comparator, relays, resistors, capacitors, and diodes for stable performance.

5.Secure Connections: P4 terminal strip with screw connections ensures reliable external wiring links.
