GE IS200EPSMG1AED is the excitation power module in the EX2100 excitation control system, providing stable power supply for key components in the system.

The module receives 125V DC input from the excitation power distribution module, converts and generates + 5V, +15V, +24V and other DC voltages to meet the power supply requirements of the controller and related interface boards, and outputs 70V DC for contact wetting of the EXTB and ECTB boards. Its design supports redundant system architecture and can independently power each controller partition to ensure that the overall system operation is not affected when a single module fails.

In terms of hardware characteristics, the module has overcurrent protection and stable output capabilities to adapt to voltage fluctuations in industrial environments. The power rack installed in the control cabinet works with the EBKP backplane to provide reliable power support for signal processing, communication and control logic execution of the excitation system. It is one of the core power components to ensure the stable operation of the EX2100 system.
