Npk Compound Fertilizer Cooler Granulator Machine Dryer Rotary Drum Cooler
The cooling machine of the organic fertilizer equipment accelerates the air flow inside the rotary cylinder under the suction of the induced draft fan (used in conjunction with the equipment), and continuously turns up the material through the lifting plate installed on the rotary wall, thus achieving the purpose of cooling. This machine is mainly used for the production of organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer and compound fertilizer. It cools the granular fertilizer at a certain temperature. The rotary cooler is used together with the dryer, which can greatly improve the cooling speed, reduce the labor intensity, increase the output, further remove some moisture and reduce the grain temperature of compound fertilizer. Operating principle of organic fertilizer equipment cooler:
1. The belt pulley is driven by the motor and transmitted to the
driving shaft through the reducer. The split gear installed on the
driving shaft engages with the large gear ring fixed on the body
and works in opposite direction.
2. The material is added from the feeding end, and the air flow
inside the cylinder is accelerated under the suction of the
internal induced draft fan (used with this machine). The lifting
plate installed on the inner wall of the cylinder constantly turns
the material up, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform cooling.
3. The cooled material flows out from the outlet.
4. With the continuous rotation of the motor, mass production can
be realized only when the materials are continuously entered.

Characteristics of rotary drum cooler:
Rotary Drum Cooler adopts heating exchange method to cool
materials. It is equipped with welded steel spiral scraping wings
in front of the tube, lifting board at the end of the rotary body,
and auxiliary piping system in the feed end of the cooling machine.
The belt and pulley are driven by the main motor and through the
reducer the drive shaft is put in motion. Use dryer together can
greatly improve the cooling rate, reduce labor intensity and
improve the quality, further remove moisture, reduce the grain
