The seventh axis of the robot uses rectangular guide rails and hard rollers as motion guide rails instead of linear guide rails. The advantage is that it can provide reliable, durable, and low-friction linear guide rails, especially suitable for heavy objects in mobile automation equipment. The housings feature track rollers with sealed, maintenance-free tapered roller and deep groove ball bearings. The rectangular guideway is integrally hardened and precision ground, combined with rack and pinion and reducer to provide a strong and reliable seventh axis.


This seventh axis has a high load-bearing capacity, with a maximum operating speed of 4 m/s, and hard rollers with axial load-bearing capacity enable the system to withstand axial and radial impact forces and accidental damage. It is easy to install on the seventh shaft of any length and provides high service life.


The bearing seats at both ends of the slide table are equipped with centralized lubricators. These units coat the rail with oil to maximize service life, and scrapers remove debris from the rail surface, including weld spatter.
