Analysis on the structure and working principle of the transmission
device of the automobile welding production line
Taking the transmission device of the automobile side panel
assembly as an example, its structure and working principle will be
analyzed in detail below.
The transmission device of the side panel assembly line of a
certain vehicle type adopts a four-station reciprocating rod
device, which can realize horizontal and vertical movement. The
structure and function analysis of each sub-assembly is as follows:
horizontal moving device
The working principle of this part has been mentioned above, simply
put, the rack and pinion device in the drive unit drives the moving
slide to drive the workpiece to move horizontally. It is worth
mentioning that the positioning block installed on the mobile
skateboard mainly plays the role of positioning the workpiece, and
the form of the positioning block for the side wall of different
models is also different. If you want to weld the side wall of
other models, you only need to replace the positioning block. Other
parts do not need to be greatly modified. Compared with the
traditional transmission device, this method has been further
developed towards flexibility.
The base board structure of each station
The base plates of each station are connected together through
connecting plates to form the supporting device of the entire
automobile welding line, which must support both the entire
transmission device and the welding fixture. In addition, in order
to ensure that the datum of the fixture and the body parts are
consistent, draw the datum scale line on the base board according
to the design datum. The leveling device in the figure mainly plays
a role in leveling the entire transmission device.
