Compared with the existing technology, the high-speed roller bed developed by our company has a short cycle time, only 5 seconds for conveying a distance of 6 meters, and a total of 3 seconds for the roller bed to rise and fall; equipped with a cam lifting mechanism, the movement is stable, the positioning is accurate, and the repositioning The complex accuracy is ±0.1mm; the bed body of the roller bed is formed by sheet metal bending, which is light in weight and has a large load; the design of the narrow body of the roller bed ensures good welding accessibility; the overtravel protection device equipped with hydraulic buffer function ensures the operation of the roller bed Safety.

The high-speed roller bed conveying device is equipped with multiple sets of proximity sensor switches for signal feedback, and controls the start, acceleration, operation, deceleration, stop and positioning of the conveying motor and the lifting motor through PLC to realize high-speed conveying and positioning of the trolley and the body; deceleration The motor is installed on the side of the roller bed body, with modular design, convenient installation, commissioning and maintenance; the accompanying fixture is adopted, which does not require line edge fixtures and saves the action time of line edge fixtures.
