Construction of the filter:

Filter Media - Fully synthetic composite.

End Caps - Electrostatically coated, sherardized sheet, zinc plated (ASTM A653, 60G TST, both sides) or stainless steel.

Internal/external lining - Electrostatically coated, galvanized (ASTM A653, 60G TST, both sides) or stainless steel percolated zinc sheet.

The potting medium shall be permanently and completely bonded to the end caps with a polyurethane or plastisol or epoxy sealant.

Gaskets - Seamless EPDM (EPDM - ASTM D1418) or molded-in-place urethane or polyisoprene sponge rubber.

The pleats should be stabilized by hot melt glue on the inner and outer core.
